With over 8.000 sq ft of Architectural Salvage in Edinburgh, Holyrood is probably Scotland's Largest Indoor Architectural Salvage Yard.
We specialize in the restoration and retail of Original Fireplaces,Doors,pews,wood & brass handles,cast column radiators & many other salvaged items. Some items are becoming increasingly difficult to source and thus, we also offer a large range of authentic good quality reproduction items.
Our massive stock of architectural salvage sourced mainly from Edinburgh homes changes on a day to day basis and although visiting our website will keep you reasonably up to date, it does not compare in any way to a personal visit to our Edinburgh architectural salvage yard. Unfortunately, many of the items you see may already be sold; the purpose of this website is not to offer particular pieces, but to give you an idea of what we buy and sell. Similar antiques are always available!
Fireplaces are our main forte: we have a good mix of original and reproduction. We have fireplace mantels in marble, slate, stone and timber. From the oppulent Adam's to the basic kitchen wood mantel, we have it all! Fireplace inserts are many and come in all shapes and sizes: Arched inserts, horseshoe and tiled all in cas iron. Georgian, Victorian or whatever.
INSTALLATION: We offer a comprehensive installation service carried out by our own HETAS and CORGI qualified installers.
